MHP, LLP.
Project Details:
Driven by their ambition to attract and retain top talent in a rapidly expanding market, MHP sought our team’s guidance to redefine their company culture by transforming a 100-year-old warehouse into a dynamic semi-open office setting. MHP’s state-of-the-art new office design showcases a range of amenities thoughtfully tailored to meet their employees’ needs and aspirations. Private phone booths offer secluded spaces for confidential conversations, while touch-down and collaborative areas facilitate spontaneous exchanges and teamwork. Materials reminiscent of the comforts of home, controlled lighting for intimate spaces, and acoustic lighting and wall panels inspire a sense of calm and focus.
After completion in 2023, MHP’s new offices at 1509 Bent Avenue have been recognized by Cheyenne’s Historic Preservation Board and in May received the LeClerq Jones Award for 2024. Items noted in particular by the Historic Preservation Board include the successful completion of this adaptive reuse project through optimizing the operational and commercial potential of old, and existing buildings. The MHP project has also been featured on the cover of the AIA Wyoming yearly architectural calendar for 2025.
