Cheyenne Soccer Club
Project Details:
The Cheyenne Soccer Club has embarked on an ambitious journey to bring the first indoor soccer facility to Cheyenne, unlocking the potential for increased community engagement and enhanced player development. WGA has been honored to provide conceptual designs thus far and is continuing design development for the proposed facility, which will include 2 collegiate sized competition soccer fields, locker rooms, administrative offices, concessions, and equipment storage, totaling 233,360 SF. Throughout CSC’s continued fundraising efforts to break ground in 2026/2027 with the first phase of these 2 phased plans, WGA is committed to support this amazing organization in our own community and serving our very own youth.
The facility is conceptualized to blend the structure with the natural landscape, minimizing its visibility from the surrounding area and fitting within their current soccer fields that serves over 2,000 youth through Cheyenne and surrounding areas every year. We believe this project will be a significant improvement to the 117-acre North Cheyenne Community Park as well as a priceless addition to the community through the ability to hold tournaments and create a positive economic impact through drawing out of town programs to the area to compete and practice. Not only impacting the community through soccer, but the project will also add to the community through improving the entryway to the park, adding restrooms, adding and enhancing parking, expanding hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as the play area, and more.
